Manage Team chats
Team chat is ideal for complex and in-depth conversations between team members. To keep communication efficient and organized, you can create channels, invite team members, and manage messages as needed.
チャンネルを作る
Each team member can create new channels and comment on the existing ones if they are participants. Within one firm can be created up to 500 channels.
By default, the #general channel is already created for each firm. You can use it for firm-wide announcements or delete it . You can also create your own chats that are visible to all team members.
新しいチャンネルを作るには

Click Add channel and select Add new channel.

- Channel name. Name the channel briefly to reflect the main idea and confirm creation. The name should be unique: two or more channels cannot have the same name.
- Description. Describe a channel so its purpose is visible to anyone joining it.
- Visibility. Select Public or Private. If you create a public channel, anyone can join it from the channel list. If you create a private channel, only invited team members, firm owners and admins can see and join it. If team members leave a private channel, they won’t see its messages anymore, and they’ll need to be invited to rejoin. You won’t be able to change the channel visibility after you create it.
- Participants. Select team members to invite to the channel right away. You’ll also be able to do it any time later.

Your channels are displayed in alphabetical order: A → Z. Private chats are marked with the lock sign, pubic channels — with # sign.
新しいチャンネルを作るには
- In the Team tab, select Add channel, or tap the + button at the bottom right corner and select Channel.

Enter the channel name and tap Next.

Choose the channel visibility: Public or Private channel. Public channels are open for anyone to join from the channel list. Private channels are visible only to invited team members, firm owners, and admins. If a member leaves a private channel, they lose access and must be re-invited. Channel visibility cannot be changed after creation.

Tap Create.

Add participants to the channel by checking the boxes next to their names, then tap Add.
Invite team members to channels
To let your team member join a channel:

Navigate to the channel you need.

Click three dots at the top right and select Edit channel.

Add your team member’s name to the Participants field and click Save.
To add a team member to a channel:

Navigate to the channel.

Tap Add participants.

Check the box next to their name, then tap Add.

可視性」以外のチャンネルの詳細を編集す るには、右上の3つの点をクリックし、「チャ ンネルの編集」を選択します。
To edit channel name and description:

Navigate to the channel.

Click three dots in the top right corner and select Edit channel.

Click three dots next to the channel name and confirm deletion.

Delete messages posted by team members
As a firm owner or admin, you can delete messages posted by other team members if you find the content inappropriate or no longer relevant. To do this, click three dots at the top-right corner of the message, then click Delete.
