始める前に

Before you start, the only thing you need to do is to create several test clients following the instructions . You will need:

• A test client with portal access . It can be your primary test client since you can log into their account and see the client perspective.

クライアントにドキュメントをアップロードする

You don’t need to use any third-party tools to share docs with clients . TaxDome provides your clients with a secure portal where they can always access what you share with them. In this interactive demo, you can try uploading a prepared tax return to the portal.

If you have prepared a document and want your client to sign it, you can do it within the porta l. Let’s see how it looks to you and your client.

In TaxDome, you can send quick and secure messages to your clients , and they can chat with you in the portal or even via the mobile apps. In chats, you can also create to-do lists so your clients are always on top of what they need to do. In this demo, you can try working with chats.

TaxDome’s biggest benefit is reducing the number of manual actions you must perform. To use this benefit, you can templatize all the entities you work with. It will also allow you to use automations. For example, let’s create a simple email template. The process will be the same for all the other entity templates.

Organizers are intake forms your clients fill out. To send an organizer , you need to have a template prepared. Let’s recreate a scenario where you create a simple organizer template and send an organizer based on it.
