アカウント名、タイプ、ID、ステータス

IDはアカウントを素早く見つけ、アクティブかどうかを知るのに役立ち、アカウント名はクライアントを見分けるのに役立ちます。TaxDome にクライアントを追加すると、そのアカウントには自動的にユニークなID コード（V1、WW1、JG2 など、1 文字または 2 文字の後に数字が続く）とアカウント名が付与されます。

アカウント名

Accounts are entities you work for and bill. When you add a client to TaxDome, you can give it any name you want.

You will see it in the Name column of your client account list .

アカウント作成時にアカウント名を選択できます。

Or, if you haven’t entered it manually, the account name is generated automatically depending on the client type :

• 個人のアカウント名＝連絡先の姓＋名
• 会社のアカウント名＝会社名

You can edit the account name by going to the Info tab of the client’s profile, then clicking Edit.

口座の種類

Accounts can be a Company, an Individual or Other, you will see it in the Type column of your client account list .

You can select the type when creating an account or during the import . If your client is a firm, select Company. If it’s a person or a family, you can select Individual.

Account type can be edited either in bulk from the Clients list or by going to the Info tab of the client’s profile, and then clicking Edit to the right of Account info.

アカウントID

アカウントIDは、同じ名前の顧客が複数いる場合に特に役立ちます。例えば、ある家族がメアリー・スミス（母親）、マイケル・J・スミス（息子）、マイク・アンド・メアリー・スミス（両親）、The Smiths, Inc.

You’ll see them in the ID column of your client account list .

Also, you can choose to display account IDs on job cards inside your pipelines .

ID を知っていれば、顧客アカウントのグローバル検索も可能です。

IDは、新しい顧客アカウントがTaxDome に追加されるたびに自動的に生成されます：

• 手動で追加された顧客アカウントのID = アカウント名の最初の文字 + 組み合わせ全体を一意にする数字。
• インポートされた個人口座のID＝顧客の姓の頭文字＋姓の頭文字＋組み合わせ全体をユニークにする数字。

アカウントステータス

IDs also show whether an account status is active, pending activation or not active. Statuses are color-coded so you can see them at a quick glance in your accounts list:

グリーン means the client account is Activated. The account has at least one user that can log on.

Yellow means the client account is Pending activation. The invitation was sent, but the client hasn’t activated their account yet. Here’s more on アクティベーション待ちのクライアント .

Gray means the client account is Not activated. The account exists on TaxDome, but the invitation was not sent, and the account doesn’t have users that can log in. You can add portal access to a client account by checking the Login box .
