Demo clients

For solo firms during the trial, demo clients provide a ready-to-use way to explore TaxDome without creating test accounts manually. The demo includes example client accounts, a pre-configured pipeline, and access to the client mobile app.

This setup lets you test workflows, automations, and communications exactly as your clients would experience them, and see how notifications appear in your inbox.

Using demo clients, you can:

Instantly access the client mobile app with no login required.
Explore a fully pre-configured pipeline with jobs, automations, and communications.
Experience proposals, organizers, and workflows exactly as clients see them.

テスト顧客口座の説明

Even during the trial period, you can create unlimited client accounts in TaxDome without additional payment. This means you can create test client accounts with different configurations and use them as you wish. It is an excellent opportunity to get to know TaxDome from all perspectives and test something before going live.

When creating a pipeline with automoving jobs and different automations enabled, you can create a job for a test account and see which actions are performed automatically.

テスト顧客アカウントの作成

テストクライアントアカウントを作成するには

Click the New button on the top left, then select Account from the slide-out menu. Or, click New on the Accounts page. Fill in the account information .
When filling in the contact information :
- If you’re using Gmail, in the Email field, use the email address you use to log in as a firm owner, but add the + sign and any word you want to the end of your email address. For example, if your email is ‘ janedoe@gmail.com ’, you can use ‘ janedoe+client@gmail.com ’ or ‘ janedoe+test@gmail.com ’. You can use as many different aliases as you need. If you sign up using the alias of your current email, emails both for you as a firm owner and for you as a test client will arrive in one inbox.
- Gmailを使用していない場合は、テスト用に別のメールアドレスを作成するか、個人用のメールを使用することができます。
テストアカウントにログインできるようにするには、「Login」をクリックしてください。

Log in using the incognito mode in your web browser. For example, you can log in as a firm owner in a regular browser window. Then, you can log in as a test client in incognito mode. In most browsers (e.g., Chrome), you can freely switch between regular and incognito windows.
会社のオーナーとテストクライアントのアカウントで異なるブラウザを使用する。
モバイルアプリがどのように見えるか興味がある場合は、モバイルアプリをテストクライアントアカウントに、ウェブブラウザをファームオーナーアカウントに、またはその逆に使用することができます。

Offline payments : when you want a quick result. Most suitable for testing payment-related automations.
