TaxDome コミュニティとは

Starting in November 2024, we launched our community on a new interactive platform, Circle.so , which connects members, fosters discussions, and provides resources in a dynamic, user-friendly space. TaxDome community is a social hub that offers a focused, clutter-free environment for meaningful conversations and collaboration.

Join our TaxDome community on Circle. This platform is fully integrated with TaxDome, giving you a seamless experience connecting with peers and accessing exclusive resources. For mobile access, download the Circle app to stay engaged on the go.

当コミュニティに参加することで、以下の特典が得られます：

インタラクティブなディスカッション：トピック別のチャンネルで他のユーザーとつながり、洞察を共有できます。

参加資格

Our community welcomes existing TaxDome users and firms considering using our software. So, users who have started a trial can join the community.

備考

トライアル後、TaxDome ユーザーにならない個人を削除する権利を留保します。

コミュニティに入る

Go to the TaxDome community page . You can also access the community from the web portal by clicking Community at the top navigation bar.

You can also access the community via the mobile app . Tap the question mark at the top and select Join community.

TaxDome アカウントのメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してログインします。

Set up your profile in the Account section:

a.プロフィール写真をアップロードしてください（フレームやロゴは使用しないでください）。

b.フルネームを入力してください。

c.タイムゾーンを設定します。

d.プラットフォーム言語を選択します。

その他の項目は任意ですが、より多くの情報をご提供いただくことで、あなたのプロフィールはより完全なものとなります。

4.会員名簿にプロフィールを表示するメンバーディレクトリにプロフィールを表示する]トグルがオンになっていることを確認します。
1. クリックをクリックしてください。
サークルへの登録が完了すると、Eメールにメッセージが届きます。

モバイルからのコミュニティ利用

モバイルアプリを使えば、コミュニティでのディスカッションに参加したり、通知を受け取ったり、外出先でもつながりを保つことができます。以下のボタンから、お使いのシステム用のアプリを直接ダウンロードできます：

まずウェブで登録し、それからモバイルアプリを使うことができる。

モバイルデバイスでコミュニティの利用を開始するには、以下の手順に従ってください：

Install the app, then enter your email address for TaxDome.
クリック 続ける。
Enter the verification code sent to your email. You will be logged in to your community profile.

ポータルのコミュニティ・カウンター

TaxDome ポータルの上部に通知カウンターが表示されます。これは、あなたのコミュニティ活動を反映するもので、あなたの投稿やコメントへの返信を見逃すことなく、簡単にやり取りを追跡することができます。

Clicking the Community button opens a dropdown menu with your 10 most recent unread notifications, shown in chronological order (newest first). The notification counter resets when the menu is opened.

Click any notification to go directly to the related Community post—it will be marked as read automatically.

If there are more than 10 unread notifications, you’ll see a Navigate to see more… option at the bottom. Click it to open the full Community homepage.

通知設定の管理

デフォルト設定

New post notifications are off by default at the space level. The Announcements space is the only exception, we keep this on by default so you’re always aware of key updates.

スペース通知の管理

To enable or disable new post notifications for any space:

Go to the space.
Click on the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner (below your profile picture).
Toggle notifications on or off based on your preferences.

個人通知設定の管理

To customize your notifications at a more detailed level:

Click on your profile picture.
Go to Notifications.
Select the types of notifications you want to receive and how you’d like to receive them.

アプリ内セクションは、ポータルに表示される通知カウンターをコントロールします。

デフォルト・ビューとベスト・プラクティス

By default, your notifications are set as shown above. As a best practice, we recommend keeping Comments on my posts, Replies to my comments, and Mentions turned on for In-app. This ensures you stay in the loop with important Community activity.

For email notifications, it’s entirely up to you—choose what works best for your workflow.

毎週（木曜日）のダイジェスト・メールは、コミュニティで起きていることを素早くまとめ、最新情報をお届けします。
