ドキュメントをTaxDome に移行 ：SmartVaultからのエクスポート

顧客ドキュメントのTaxDome への移行は簡単です。このガイドに従って、クライアントのフォルダ構造を保持したまま、SmartVaultからスムーズに移行することができます。その後、TaxDome 書類を一括でアップロードすることができます。

SmartVaultからドキュメントをエクスポートするには、SmartVaultのシステムからクライアント・フォルダをローカル・コンピュータにアップロードする必要があります。これらの手順を詳しく見ていきましょう。

備考

SmartVaultの管理者ではないが、データのアップロードに関わる場合は、必ず管理者権限を申請するか、管理者にアップロードを依頼してください。

1. Access your files via the SmartVault desktop app. You can also use the SmartVault browser version, but keep in mind the slow download speeds (on average, it’s about  200–300 Kbps). If you don’t have SmartVault desktop app, learn how to install it in the SmartVault guide . 

   

2. Export data using the SmartVault guide . 

備考

ダウンロード中に中断が発生した場合は、データの損失を防ぐために小分けにしてコピーした方が安全です。
