Change the firm owner

TaxDome アカウントでファームオーナーを新しいオーナーに変更するには、ログインEメールを変更する必要があります。

その方法はこうだ：

1. まず、新事務所オーナーがTaxDome の他の場所でメールアドレスを使用していないことを 確認してください。例えば、そのメールアドレスをクライアントやチームメンバーとして使用している可能性があります。

   • If the new firm owner is using their email address as a team member, they will need to log in as the team member and change the email to something else (see the article ).

   • If the new firm owner is using their email address as a client, they will need to change their email address to something else or delete the associated contact (see the article ).

2. ファームオーナーとしてログインし、右上のプロフィールをクリックします。 アカウント設定]に進み、[ログイン詳細]セクションの右上にある[編集]アイコンをクリックします。

3. 現在のパスワードを入力し をクリックします。

4. 新しいEメールを入力し をクリックします。

5. 新しいEメールアドレスに送信された認証コードを入力し をクリックします。
