通知のオン/オフ

To keep you up-to-date on important events, TaxDome sends automatic notifications to your login email and Inbox+ . If you don’t want to receive certain notifications, you can turn them off. You also have the option to choose whether you want to receive copies of all system notifications sent to your clients.

通知について

By default, you get notifications regarding all client accounts that you are following .

通知は、以下のイベントが発生したときに送信されます：

請求書
- 請求書の期限が過ぎている。
- 顧客が請求書の全額または一部を支払う。
- 顧客が前払いをする。
フォーム
- フォームが、顧客または他のチームメンバーによって入力・提出される。
- 顧客がフォームを作成する。
ファイル
- 顧客ががファイルをアップロードする。
- 顧客ががファイルを開く（ファイルのアップロード中に要求された場合）。
電子署名
- 顧客ががファイルに電子署名するか、ファイルが完全に署名される。
- 顧客ががファイルへの署名を拒否する。
承認
- 顧客ががファイル（の内容）を承認する。
- 顧客ががファイル（の内容）を不承認する。
「アップロード完了
- A client indicates that they are done uploading documents .
タスク
- タスクが割り当てられる。
- あるタスクの期限が3日後に迫っている。
Messages from clients
- 顧客が新しいメッセージを送信する。
- A client replies in a chat thread.
- クライアントがすべてのタスクを完了する。
Messages from team members
- A team member replies in a chat thread.
新着メール
- クライアントが新しいメールを送信する。
- 顧客またはそのアカウントにアクセスできるチームメンバーが、メールスレッドに返信する。
同意書
- 顧客が同意書に電子署名する。
- 未署名の連絡先がすべて削除されたため、同意書が自動的に署名される。
ジョブ
- ジョブがスケジュールに沿って自動的に作成される。
メンション（言及）
- チャット、タスク、顧客メモのいずれかで、他のチームメンバーからメンションされる。
ショートメール（米国とカナダのみ）
- 顧客が貴社に新しいSMSを送信するか、既存のSMSスレッドに返信する。
- チームメンバーが新しいSMSスレッドを作成するか、ご自身がアクセスできるアカウントにある既存のSMSスレッドに返信する。
- A non-contact sends a new SMS to your firm.
- 一括SMS送信が終了する。
- SMSの送信に失敗する。
顧客リクエスト
- A client completes a client request.
Transactions
- You will receive a daily email at 9:00 AM listing transactions with client responses, including responses from the previous day and the total count.

備考

2人のチームメンバーに割り当てられているクライアントが、そのうちの1人にメールを送信した場合、受信者はその通知メールを受信しません。

通知のオン/オフ

You can turn off notifications either on the account level (see the article ) or for all system events.

通知をオフにする

右上のプロフィールをクリックし、次に アカウント設定

通知設定セクションを微調整する：

To stop receiving notifications by email, clear the checkboxes in the Email column.
To stop receiving notifications to Inbox+, clear the checkboxes in the Inbox+ column.
To stop receiving notifications of specific types, clear the checkboxes in the corresponding rows.
