ジョブテンプレートを使用して、顧客対応ステータスを割り当てる

Client-facing job statuses are hidden by default when a job is added to a pipeline. You can save time by using job templates to automatically assign a client-facing job status once the job is created. 

Note that if you also set the Update client-facing job status automation for the first stage of the pipeline, the template settings will be applied, and then you will be asked if you want to apply the automation.

ジョブテンプレートを使用してクライアント向けのジョブステータスを自動的に割り当てるには、以下の手順に従います：

1. When creating or editing a job template:

   1. をオンにしてください。 Client-facing statusセクションのShow in client portalをオンに切り替えると、クライアント向けのジョブステータスが表示されます。

   2. 選択したステージで最初に割り当てるステータスを選択する。 

   3. Edit the description if you want to tailor it to this particular pipeline. You can customize it using shortcodes .

   4. Enter a job name you want your clients to see in the client portal. You can customize it using shortcodes .

   

2. Set the job template as default in pipeline settings .

   

   これで、このパイプラインでジョブを作成すると、ジョブカードには、クライアント向けのステータスを含むテンプレートデータが自動的にプリフィルドされます。
