Stripe & CPACharge (Basic): 接続、切断

To be able to accept credit card or bank debits payments on TaxDome, you’ll need to choose a secure processing service (such as Stripe, CPACharge, or both), provide your business information and identification, and link the service to your bank account. Connecting to Stripe

Only a firm owner or admin can connect TaxDome to a Stripe account. This is how:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations from the left menu bar, then click Connect with Stripe in the Payments tab.

2. If you already have a Stripe account, enter your email and click Continue. If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, you’ll need to register to enable payment processing on TaxDome.

3.パスワードを入力し、ログインをクリックします。

4.携帯電話に送信された6桁の認証コードを入力してログインを確認します。

5. Select the Stripe account you’d like to connect to TaxDome, then click Connect.

TaxDome is now connected to your Stripe account, and payment processing has been enabled.

Adding various payment methods for Stripe

In your Stripe account, you may enable various payment methods for your clients. However, not all of them are supported in TaxDome.

• 銀行引き落とし
  • ACH口座振替（米国向け）
  • SEPA口座振替（EU圏向け、1回あたりの最大支払額：2000ユーロ）
  • BECSデビット（オーストラリアの場合、1回の支払限度額：AUD 3300）
  • PAD（事前承認デビット）（カナダの場合、1回の支払限度額：3,000カナダドル

Afterpay、Klarna、Affirmなどの "Buy now, pay later "オプションはサポートされていません。

CPAChargeへの接続

ご注意 デフォルトでは、すべてのCPAChargeアカウントは、米国およびカナダ以外の国からの支払処理を制限するジオロケーションロックが設定されています。その他の国からのお支払いをお受け取りになる場合は、サポートチームまでご連絡ください。

TaxDome をCPAChargeに接続するには、CPAChargeのアカウントが必要です。すでにアカウントをお持ちの方は、下記（ビデオの下）の手順に従ってください。 

CPAChargeのアカウントをお持ちでない方は、TaxDome 。Apply now リンクをクリックし、登録フォームに必要事項を記入して送信し、CPACharge サポートチームからの返信をお待ちください。申請が処理されると、Eメールで通知が届き、新しいCPAChargeアカウントに接続できるようになります。 

ヒント TaxDome 経由で新規作成されたCPAChargeアカウントは、月々$10の手数料が無料となります。手数料についてはこちらをご覧ください。

TaxDome をCPAChargeアカウントに接続できるのは、ファームのオーナーまたは管理者のみです。方法は以下の通りです：

1.左のメニューバーから「設定」>「 統合」を選択し、「支払い」タブの「CPAChargeと接続」をクリックします。

2.CPAChargeの認証情報を入力し、「サインイン」をクリックします。

3.Eメールに送られてきたバリデーションコードを入力し、Confirm my browserをクリックします。

4.プロンプトが表示されたら、[Authorize ] ボタンをクリックして、TaxDome がお客様のアカウントにアクセスすることを承認します。

お客様のTaxDome アカウントが CPACharge アカウントに接続され、支払い処理が有効になりました。

処理サービスからの切断

You can disconnect from Stripe or CPACharge at any point. For example, you may want to try a new credit card service provider. To disconnect, go to Settings > Integrations from the left menu bar, then click Disconnect beneath the name of the provider you want to disable.

切断すると、顧客からの支払いを受けられなくなる。

Reconnecting to Stripe

You've got two ways to reconnect TaxDome to your Stripe account:

• TaxDome: TaxDome に保存された支払い方法を利用することができます。定期請求書や提案書の自動支払いも継続されます。
• using a new Stripe account: automatic payments for your previous recurring invoices and proposals will not be made. Your clients will have to add their payment methods to continue payments.
