TaxDome AI：トラブルシューティング

アップロード中にタグ付けされていない文書や不適切な名前の文書を受信し始めた場合、それはTaxDome AI機能に関連しています。このガイドを使用して、よくある問題をトラブルシュートしてください。

TaxDome AIはアップロードされた書類の名前を提案しない

ドキュメントの名前が自動的に変更されない場合は、以下を確認してください：

1. 「文書名の変更」トグルがオンになっている。 設定」>「ファーム設定」で、TaxDome AIセクションの「書類の名前の変更」トグルが有効になっていることを確認します。

   

2. The file is uploaded by the client, either from their web portal or mobile app. At this stage, TaxDome AI naming doesn’t support files uploaded by team members, third parties, or via file requests.

3. The uploaded file is a U.S. tax form, passport, or driver’s license. At this stage, TaxDome AI naming is limited to recognizing and renaming files such as U.S. tax forms, passports, and driver’s licenses. If the uploaded document does not fall into these categories, TaxDome AI will not rename and tag it. We will support more file types in future releases. Let us know which file types you would like supported.

If all of the above are checked but don’t help, contact our support so we can troubleshoot.

TaxDome クライアントがアップロードした文書にAIがタグを設定しない

TaxDome AIタグ付けが適用されず、文書がタグなしでポータルにアップロードされている場合、3つの問題のうちの1つが考えられます：

1. 「タグの割り当て」トグルがオフになっている。 設定」>「ファーム設定」で、TaxDome AIセクションの「タグの割り当て」トグルを有効にします。

   

2. The uploaded file type is not supported.  At this stage, TaxDome AI tagging is limited to recognizing and assigning tags to files such as U.S. tax forms, passports, and driver’s licenses. If the uploaded document does not fall into these categories, TaxDome AI will not tag the documents. We will support more file types in future releases. Let us know which file types you would like supported.

3. TaxDome AI タグは無効化されています。サポートされているすべてのタグは自動的にワークスペースに追加されました。しかし、誤って削除してしまうことがあります。TaxDome AI のタグが削除されると、非アクティブとマークされます。TaxDome AI のセクションに移動し、Deactivated tags にチェックを入れ、タグをクリックして復元します。

4. The document was uploaded via a file request. TaxDome AI tagging does not apply to files uploaded through file requests.
