基本機能を探る

  • Inbox+ notifications : This is a place where you receive notifications whenever something happens on TaxDome. Sthough there are many notifications types, some of them are: client sumbits organizer, collegue assignes a task for you, a new message is sent to a chat thread with a client, etc. 

  • CRM : CRM features in TaxDome allow you keep all info about your clients in one place and manage all your clients flexibly with tags, custom CRM fields, and more.

  • Docs : TaxDome allows you to request, upload, review and sign documents without using any additional tools. Everything related to docs is already built into the system.

  • Pipelines : Pipelines and other workflow features help you organize your projects and complete your work without extra manual actions.

  • Client communication : Secure chats in TaxDome allow you to communicate with clients, exchange documents with them and add action items for them.

  • Organizers : Organizers are intake forms, but in TaxDome, they are special because they are very user-friendly, so your clients will actually fill them in.

  • Reporting : Reporting features in TaxDome allow you to create reports about your workflow, revenue and team members’ efficiency. You can unite reports in dashboards, so everything is visible on one page.
