提案にサービスを追加する

サービス サービス機能を使用すると、クライアントに請求される内容を明確に説明した項目別の提案書やエンゲージメントレターを作成できます。提案書のサービス内容は、価格表としても請求書の一部としても使用できます。

請求書を作成することなく、項目別サービス（価格表）を追加できます。

You can add a price list of services to your proposal either when working on the template or preparing a proposal for your client. Here’s how:

1. Create a proposal template , open an existing one or create a proposal .

2. Go to the Services step, then make your chioce:

• List of services - you will need to fill out one list of services.
• Tiered packages - you will have the opportunity to fill out different lists of services for each package. Learn more about service packages .

3. Depending on your choice on the previous step, click Set up package or Add services.

   

4. Choose List services only to send your client a list of your services without issuing an invoice.

   

   3. To add services in the Line items section, click the + Line item, select a service or create a new one . Click Discount to add a line with the discount .

• 説明必要に応じてサービスの説明を追加します。説明が長すぎる場合は、Enterキーを押して段落に分割することができます。

• Tax: Check the box If you need to include tax rates . 

• 料金：請求書で指定されたサービスに適用される料金表またはレートを指定します。提案書で変更しても、サービス自体には変わりません。

• 数量：提供するサービスの数が1（デフォルト値）を超える場合に変更します。

• 金額：金額： 料金に個数を掛けた値が自動的に指定されます。サービスを1つだけ含める場合は、デフォルト値を変更する必要はありません。

4. プロポーザルへの署名が完了したら、請求書を作成して送信することができます。 左のメニューバーから 左のメニューバーから「Billing（請求）」 > 「Proposals & ELs（プロポーザルおよびEL）」を選択し、必要なプロポーザルの「Invoicing（請求書作成）」列にある「Create invoice（請求書作成）」リンクをクリックします。または、右側の3つの点をクリックし、請求書の作成を選択します。

備考

クライアントがすでに提案書に署名している場合、提案書の行項目にサービスを追加することはできません。

請求書とともにサービスを追加

You can add services as a part of invoices to your proposals either when working on the template or preparing a proposal for your client. Here’s how:

1. Create a proposal template , open an existing one or create a proposal .

2. Go to the Services step, then make your chioce:

• List of services - you will need to fill out one list of services.
• Tiered packages - you will have the opportunity to fill out different lists of services for each package. Learn more about service packages .

3. Depending on your choice on the previous step, click Set up package or Add services.

4. Choose List services and request payment

3. Add services as invoice line items in the Line items section.

4. Once the proposal is signed, an invoice containing all services as line items will be automatically issued according to the Issue invoice setting.

サービスの列の表示/非表示

サービスライン項目に表示される列を設定することができます：非表示または表示。をクリックしてください。 設定]をクリックし、以下の列のチェックボックスを管理します：サービス日付、説明、税金、料金 、 数量。これらの変更は現在の提案書またはテンプレートにのみ適用されます。 

To make the column preset apply to all proposals, not just a specific one, configure the desired ones in Settings > Billing. 

備考

行項目のフィールド（例：DescriptionやService date）が空で、これらの列を非表示にしなかった場合、提案書から自動的に非表示になります。料金・数量」と「税金」列については異なるロジックがあります。「設定」でこれらの列を非表示にして、たとえ値が0に設定されていても、提案書には表示されないようにしてください。

具体的なサービスの提案を探す

特定のサービスを含むプロポーザルをすばやく見つけることができます。サイドバーメニューから「請求書」>「プロポーザルおよびEL」に進み、「フィルタ」をクリックし、「サービス」フィルタの横にあるサービスを選択し、「適用」をクリックします。フィルターが適用されると、請求書のリストが絞り込まれます。

プロポーザルやプロポーザル・テンプレートの料金やその他のサービス内容を更新する。

サービスの詳細を更新する方法は、送信された提案書を編集するか、提案書テンプレートを編集するかによって異なります：

• For sent proposals, you need to edit a proposal you want to change.

• 提案書のテンプレート

  • 本サービスを利用して、1つまたはいくつかの提案テンプレートのみを変更する必要がある場合、テンプレートを編集することができます。
  • サービスを使用しているすべてのプロポーザルを編集したい場合は、サービスを編集し、そのサービスが使用されているすべてのテンプレートを更新するチェックボックスを選択します。

  

過去の契約に関連するサービスを探す

Before rolling out Proposals & ELs, TaxDome offered you Contracts with functionality on linking services. All your previously created contracts are converted into proposals and all linked services are in place. You can see them as line items in the Services proposal step.

• あなたが以前に契約を作成し、それが署名された場合、あなたとクライアントの両方が行項目としてリンクされたサービスを表示します。
• If you created a contract previously and it’s still pending, both you and your client will see the linked services as line items and you will be able to edit/remove/update them by editing a proposal .
