顧客へのアナウンス
ファームアナウンスメントで顧客とのコミュニケーションを簡素化。お知らせの作成、編集、削除を簡単なステップで行えます。

Sometimes it is needed to share important information with your clients. These announcements will be displayed in the client portal when they log in. The notification will be shown in the sidebar on the Home page. If the client clicks read more, the full announcement will be shown in the sidebar.
しっかりとしたアナウンスをする
ファーム・アナウンスを作成するには、以下の手順に従ってください：
1.設定]>[ファーム設定]タブに移動し、[クライアントポータルのアナウンス]セクションで[アナウンスの作成]をクリックします。
2. In the Create announcement sidebar, add the announcement Title and Description. If you want your announcement to be removed on a specific date, select the date in the Remove announcement after field. Afterward, click Publish. Once published, the announcement will be displayed to your clients every time they log in.
会社発表を編集する
アナウンスに誤字を見つけたり、アナウンスした情報を更新したい場合は、以下の2つの手順に従ってください：
- Click the pencil icon next to the announcement title in the Client portal announcement section.
- サイドバーの お知らせの編集]サイドバーで、お知らせに変更を加え、[公開]をクリックします。
その後、クライアントの ホームページのお知らせが更新され、ログイン時に変更されたお知らせがクライアントに表示されます。
会社発表の削除
お知らせが古くなった場合は、削除することができます。これを行うには、クライアントポータルのお知らせセクションでお知らせタイトルの横にあるゴミ箱アイコンをクリックします。 クライアントポータルのお知らせセクションでお知らせタイトルの横にあるゴミ箱アイコンをクリックし、削除をクリックして確認します。
