Zapierとの統合
TaxDome doesn’t have a public API, but you can use Zapier to integrate your firm’s account with other applications. Zapier allows two apps that don’t have native integration to interact with each other. TaxDome supports Zapier, so the application you want to integrate with TaxDome through Zapier should also support it. Here, we will tell you how to connect your TaxDome portal to Zapier.
Zapierの説明
With Zapier integration, you can sync TaxDome accounts and contacts with your favorite apps, so your data stays updated without entering it twice. Make updates in one place, and all connected apps will be updated automatically.
We’ve already created Zapier templates of popular integrations with TaxDome. Please check the TaxDome Integration page on Zapier.
To check compatibility with application you’re using, visit the Apps Zapier page and search for the application.
統合を成功させるには、以下のことが必要だ：
- Zapierアカウントを作成する
- TaxDome アカウントに接続する
- ザップを作る
例えば、TaxDome Googleスプレッドシート、TaxDome Googleフォームなどです。ザップを作成する際の主なポイントは2つのロジックです。 トリガー（条件）を設定し、それが満たされたときに特定のアクションが実行されます。
TaxDome can be both a trigger (condition) application and an application in which the event is performed ( action ).
Zapierに接続する
Only a firm owner or admin can connect the account with Zapier. To do so:

- Zapierアカウントにログインし、Zapier上でTaxDome アプリを使用するための招待を受諾します。 招待を受け入れ、Zapを作成する。
最初のZapを作成し、TaxDome とZapierの統合を完了する必要があります。

- Start creating a Zap from the home page .
- 実行されるトリガーを設定する：
a) アプリケーションを選択します。
b) 利用可能なトリガーイベントを選択する。
c) アカウントをアプリケーションに接続する。
d) 必要な条件を設定する。
e) 統合の最初の部分をテストする。
- 実行されるアクションを設定する：
a) アプリケーションを選択します。
b) 利用可能なアクションイベントを選択する。
c) アカウントをアプリケーションに接続する。
d) 必要な条件を設定する。
e) 統合第2部をテストする。
- Zapを発行し、トリガーとして設定された条件を実行して統合を試し、それが望ましいアクションを生成するかどうかを確認する。
Zapierから切断する
Zapierのアカウントが変わった、またはもう使いたくない場合は、以前のアカウントとの接続を無効にしてください。
備考
接続を解除すると、TaxDome アプリを使用している既存のZapier接続はすべて機能しなくなります。-
